REQUEST FOR ATTESTATION LETTER – VISA APPLICATION

Note: Please make sure that you’ve finished the registration procedure.

Foreign Participants, who are required to have a VISA to enter Korea, are strongly recommended to process the application at least one month before departure from the country of origin.

The Organizer can provide an Attestation Letter for prompt VISA process. Please fill in this FORM for an Attestation Letter and send to us by email (info@ceh2009.org / calleigh@lee-expo.com) as soon as possible.

The Attestation Letter will be ready within seven business days of receiving all documents and will be delivered to your company by express mail
