We are very pleased that you have accepted to take part in the Third International Conference on Children’s Health and the Environment. This provides you with some information about your presentation at the CEH2009 conference in Busan, Republic of Korea, June 7-10. We attach a copy of:

- The Poster Presentation guidelines
We kindly suggest that you take some time to carefully read through the conference programme, as you may find that your roles during the event have changed slightly! Please take special note of the room number your session (s) has been allocated.
The attached guidelines provide a few notes and reminders for when you arrive at the BEXCO: what to do and where to go! Some of you that are acting as co-chairs as well as presenting abstracts may have received a copy of these already and we apologise for the duplication.
One of the main outcomes of the event will be the Busan Pledge for Action whose draft will be circulated for your input during the conference. We expect to summarize there the key recommendations on what needs to be done now to further promote CEH and raise it in the various agendas -locally, nationally, internationally.
Concerning the social event on Tuesday evening, we have all been invited to wear our national costumes (do not forget to bring yours!)
